Network Analyst II - Infrastructure & Security Technology

Location: Hybrid - Madison, WI (2-3 Days on Site) Type: Full-time | Long-term (Open-Ended) Contract You must be a WI resident or willing to relocate for this position. This position requires on-site presence in Madison, WI. About the Role: We're seeking a highly skilled Network Analyst II to support and modernize infrastructure across a diverse set of facilities. This is a hands-on, hybrid role that blends technical expertise with physical infrastructure work, supporting everything from network cabling to surveillance systems and access control technologies. You'll work closely with IT leadership, facilities teams, and external vendors to ensure the reliability and security of critical systems across multiple locations. Oversee and support infrastructure projects including network upgrades, surveillance systems, access control, and building automation. Install and maintain structured cabling, fiber, and network hardware. Troubleshoot connectivity issues and coordinate with external service providers. Support AV systems, web conferencing, and point-of-sale technologies. Travel to remote sites for installations, upgrades, and technical support. Document systems, create SOPs, and provide user training as needed. Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of experience with: Facilities infrastructure (access control, surveillance, life-safety, or building automation) Network cabling and structured wiring IT hardware support (AV, conferencing, POS systems) Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in mechanical/network spaces Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within Wisconsin Preferred Experience

Surveillance systems (Avigilon, Exacq, Axis) Access control systems (C*CURE 9000) Network services (DNS, DHCP, NTP, Active Directory) Network hardware (Cisco, Ubiquiti) Work Environment: Hybrid role with flexibility for remote work when not on-site Travel to remote locations using a fleet or personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) On-site presence required for installations and project milestones If you're ready to take on a role that combines technical depth, physical infrastructure work, and statewide impact, we'd love to hear from you!
