Responsibilities:

Process and enter invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintain and update accounting records and files Assist with job cost tracking and project billing Prepare bank deposits and monitor cash receipts Support month-end closing processes Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and project managers regarding billing and payment issues Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to accounting tasks Qualifications:

Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 13 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in the construction industry Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
