Graduate from PLACE Launch Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services Qualifications
You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit, excellent at building rapport, listening, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths, and overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator committed to service. Team player Licensed real estate professional 3+ years of real estate sales experience Strong communication skills Growth-minded and learning-oriented Organized Willing to learn scripts and dialogues Excellent time management skills About our team
