Job Requirements: Work Location: Madison, Wisconsin Shift: No Department: LS-PS-JID Hiring Manager: James Zerkle Your Role Duties and Responsibilities: Inventory transactions in the enterprise resource planning system Ensure non-inventory items, such as coolers, coolant and other supplies, are sufficiently stocked by using visual management systems like a KanBan or two-bin system Selecting, packaging, and processing shipments to customers for domestic and international orders Generate a commercial invoice for international shipments using Microsoft Excel and Word Assemble finished goods for inventory (product kitting), which primarily involves combining small vials of finished product with a label license in a small metal tin Follow workflow processes using the Mirus Bio LLC enterprise resource planning (ERP) system Assist in the organization and cleaning of the Shipping and Receiving areas Assist with physical inventory counting Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and follow good documentation procedures Physical Attributes: Position will have extended periods of standing or walking Frequent entry into walk-in cold storage unit Regular movement of objects weighing up to 40 lbs, and occasional movement of objects weighing up to 70 lbs Operation of a pallet jack ad carts Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of recent shipping/receiving/warehouse experience Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency using FedEx Ship Manager and/or UPS World Ship software Previous experience with an enterprise resource planning system such as Microsoft Business Central 365 or SAP Experience using Microsoft Office and label printers Experience in a GMP or medical environment Experience with dangerous goods shipping RSREMD The Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
