Achieve sales goals by developing new agency relationships and growing your book of business. Provide education and consulting to existing and prospective captive clients and agency partners. Maintain client relationships, addressing their evolving needs and delivering necessary documentation. Participate in sales activities and promote a positive attitude supporting agency growth. Attend and contribute to captive quarterly calls and meetings. Support the Captive Lead in executing initiatives and fueling growth. Ensure team accountability and foster a high-performing team environment. Qualifications
College degree preferred. Sales experience required; benefits experience is a plus. State-specific Insurance Agent's License or ability to obtain within 90 days. Strong sales skills, excellent communication, proficiency in Salesforce, and willingness to travel up to 50%. About Us
