Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional yet fun environment with significant opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing personal lines accounts, managing renewals, and contributing to new business sales.
Compensation Package
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000+ annually (depending on experience), with a 20% commission on new business. Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts with premiums ranging from $1.2M to $1.7M. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Quote and process new and renewal business. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products. Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records and documentation using the EPIC management system. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those newer to the industry. Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC or similar insurance management systems preferred. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to contribute ideas and collaborate effectively within a team.
