Job Title: Part-Time Member Services Representative - Hybrid
Location: University City, San Diego
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
We are currently seeking a personable and dependable Member Services Representative to join our team in Kearny Mesa on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and is looking for a consistent mid-day schedule.
This role offers a flexible onsite/hybrid schedule, requiring just 1-3 days per month in the office after training, and is a temporary position through the end of October.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide accurate information about programs and services
Manage member check-ins and appointment scheduling
Maintain and update member records in the system
Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed
Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Handle member concerns or direct them to the appropriate department
Qualifications:
Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable using basic office software and databases
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Working Hours:
Full-time
Onsite/hybrid
Monday- Friday
10:00am- 2:00pm PST

Compensation: $21.75 per hour
