My client is a privately held property management company based in the Chicago area with a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties. As part of an evolving internal structure, they're creating a new Junior CFO position to work closely with the current CFO, with a clear long-term succession plan. The Junior CFO will have hands-on involvement across all areas of the business-managing accounting and month-end close, overseeing cash flow, and leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow directly into the CFO position and make a meaningful impact, as the individual will be engaged in every facet of the organization. Junior CFO Responsibilities:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or MBA is a strong plus 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, exposure to the real estate sector is a strong plus Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal control frameworks Demonstrated success in driving financial performance and improving outcomes Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal presence What's on Offer
