Junior CFO Opportunity

My client is a privately owned property management firm located in the Chicago area, with a steadily expanding portfolio of both residential and commercial properties. In response to their continued growth and evolving internal structure, they are introducing a new Junior CFO role designed to work alongside the current CFO, with a defined path toward eventual succession. Job Description

Responsibilities: Managing all accounts and leading the month-end close process Overseeing cash management - Planning, budgeting, and forecasting Performing budget-to-actual analysis - Handling e-financing and managing company debt Managing insurance policies Collaborating closely with operations and comfortable being pulled in multiple directions Supporting refinancing efforts Working directly with the COO on operational matters Exploring alternative investments Equal Opportunity Statement:
