My client is a privately held property management company based in the Chicago area with a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or MBA is a strong plus 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, exposure to the real estate sector is a strong plus Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal control frameworks Demonstrated success in driving financial performance and improving outcomes Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal presence What's on Offer
