Professional Bilingual HR Coordinator Position
Our esteemed client is seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Coordinator proficient in both English and another language to provide essential support in recruitment and various HR administrative functions. In this crucial role, you will collaborate closely with the Recruiting Lead to oversee the complete hiring process, from job advertisement to onboarding, while also maintaining recruitment metrics and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. This is a full-time, on-site position with direct hiring.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:
Collaborate with department managers to develop and enhance job descriptions and hiring criteria. Aid in the screening process and coordinate interviews with potential candidates. Handle all administrative aspects of the recruitment cycle, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence. Prepare and post job advertisements on approved platforms. Support interview processes by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and participating as necessary. Present offer letters upon approval from the HR Manager or VP of Human Resources. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, hiring records, and onboarding progress. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Adhere to applicable ISO 9001 standards in all activities. Assist with additional HR-related assignments and projects as directed. Preferred Qualifications for the HR Coordinator Role:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Understanding of employment law and HR best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams Strong verbal and written communication abilities Excellent time management and organizational skills Confident interpersonal skills coupled with sound judgment and professionalism Demonstrated capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines autonomously Typing speed of 35 WPM with 80% accuracy; 80% accuracy in Excel is preferred Features and Benefits Include:
