Home Health Aide (Hha)
The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence. Essential Functions: Personal Care Companion/Sitter/Household Management Stand-by assist with transfers for fall risk clients Client is a woman in her 80s and the family needs immediate assistance in the night for companionship and medication reminders every 4 hours. Day shift hours 7 am to 7 pm Night shift hours 7 pm to 7 am on rotation 2-3 days/week. Qualifications/Educational Requirements: High school graduate or G.E.D certificate Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job Negative TB Test Must be: Willing to keep client active Good at communicating Have driver's license and car Some benefits include: Training Programs This job description is used as a guide only and not inclusive of responsibilities and job duties.
