Job title: Employee Benefits Specialist II Contract Duration: 1 year w/ potential for extension or conversion Location: Seattle, WA Onsite: M-F Job Description: International Employee Benefits Specialist We are seeking an experienced International Employee Benefits Specialist to join our Global Expansions Benefits team. This role supports benefit design, strategy, implementation, and documentation of benefit expansion activitiesprimarily within EMEA and APACas part of global expansion and M&A initiatives. The scope includes financial benefits, health and welfare programs, and time-away policies. This individual contributor role will support the benefits workstream for multiple key expansion and M&A projects, helping identify new opportunities to meet the needs of a fast-growing global organization. Key Responsibilities Support benefit programs that align with global frameworks, market practices, and compliance requirements. Contribute to written proposals, cost impact analyses, and stakeholder engagement. Assist with implementation of approved benefit programs, including vendor selection, project planning, resource coordination, and documentation of processes and policies. Support benefits integration during acquisitions in countries with existing programs. Ensure programs meet local regulatory requirements and align with company philosophy. Monitor costs, financial impact, competitiveness, and legal compliance. Manage vendor relationships, performance, and costs across all in-scope programs and countries.
