Title: DIN Technician Agency: VP OF ADMIN AND FINANCE Location: Norfolk, VA FLSA: Non-Exempt Full Time or Part Time: Full Time Job Description: Two positions will be filled from this recruitment to respond promptly to customer needs and requests. Perform a wide variety of general maintenance tasks to solve the situation at hand. Be proactive regarding preventative maintenance and identification of repairs required and areas for improvement. Minimum Qualifications: Considerable knowledge in building HVAC and plumbing system and their operation. Basic knowledge in electrical field. Working knowledge of all hand tools use in the trades such as electrical testing meter, water gauges and alignment instruments to perform preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment. Demonstrated ability to use and follow department and manufacture recommendations and guidelines both written and oral to perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment and their associated controls.
