Are you passionate about building and maintaining high-net-worth client relationships across banking, lending, and investments? This role offers a unique opportunity to manage and nurture client relationships by earning trust, understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing solutions, and delivering exceptional service. As a Relationship Manager in Consumer and Community Banking, you will help clients explore the full financial potential of their wealth. Your responsibilities include fostering relationships through superior service and advice, utilizing JPMorgan Chase's capabilities to address clients' entire financial picture, and collaborating with partners across various business lines to leverage referral networks. This position encourages initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and contribution to the bank's growth within a team environment. Responsibilities
Develop and manage client relationships, providing service that exceeds expectations Deepen banking, investment, and lending relationships through regular in-person visits Build referral networks outside the office to generate leads Partner internally across business lines to meet client needs Ensure solutions meet clients' short, medium, and long-term goals using a holistic planning approach Adhere to all risk, control, regulatory, and security policies Qualifications and Skills
At least five years of experience in financial services or sales, with an established high-net-worth referral network and community presence Proven ability to build trust and deliver excellent client experiences Successful track record in sales growth by deepening relationships across product lines and working collaboratively Knowledge of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts Required Licenses: Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65); candidates without licenses must obtain them within 150 days of start date Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Experience with home or business lending relationships Additional Information
This role is based in Miami, FL, and requires in-office work. Employment is contingent upon criminal background review, licensing, and compliance with federal and state regulations, including the SAFE Act and Dodd-Frank Act, with specific licensing and registration requirements. About Us
