sets the pace. What You’ll Be Doing Leading, growing, and mentoring a high-performing sales team Building and executing strategic plans that drive new revenue growth Implementing clear, effective

sales methodologies

across the team Partnering with executive leadership on key accounts, hiring, and go-to-market Owning performance — pipeline, forecasts, deal strategy, and results Representing the firm with clients, prospects, and the broader New York market What You Bring 10+ years of sales experience

in the insurance or brokerage space Proven track record
