specializing in Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship compliance. This role supports projects related to the Inflation Reduction Act (“IRA”) of 2022, working with clients such as Tribes, municipalities, non-profits, and for-profit entities. Lead prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance efforts for projects seeking IRA credits. Facilitate meetings, train stakeholders, and provide assistance on compliance programs. Advise clients on prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements during construction. Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Document and analyze processes for improvement. Support daily service delivery and participate in learning programs. Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, supply chain, engineering, or construction management, or equivalent experience. At least five years of related consulting experience, including one year as a project manager. Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with construction industry or labor compliance is a plus. Compensation & Additional Info The salary range is $124,910 to $270,620, influenced by skills, experience, and location. Other Details
