Director, IT
for Mobile Billing Operations, you will be responsible for directing and implementing corporate Mobile Billing initiatives that support the strategy and goals of the organization. You will organize and lead operations and IT functions including local and wide area network hardware and software, infrastructure development and maintenance, applications programming/analysis, and enterprise systems development and administration. You will implement IT standards, policies, and master plans for the IT function. Guide the development and acquisition of new technologies and tools to improve internal operations and data delivery. Continually evaluate technology strategies, implement new technological directions, guide deployment, and advise leadership on enhancements and new systems, while providing strategic guidance and technical assistance to IT staff and business partners. Producing and maintaining technical and procedural documentation as required Managing diagnoses and resolutions within Mobile Billing hardware and software for internal and external customers Developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures supporting Billing software and systems Developing and training Mobile Billing staff in areas such as network, VMware, data communication links, and infrastructure services Providing innovative ideas for improvements in corporate and IT processes and exploring new technologies In this role, you will serve as the primary technical contact for Mobile Billing service and software clients. You will ensure that all Mobile Billing clients are supported across all systems and software that Charter offers. You will also manage support staff and assist in strategic decision-making. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications Experience : 7+ years of IT work; 5+ years of leadership; 3+ years of project management Education : BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience Abilities : Support new systems with accuracy; communicate complex technical info clearly; synthesize large info sets; multi-task in a fast-paced environment; lead and motivate teams; communicate effectively at all levels; lead SQL support operations Skills : Broad technical knowledge; leadership and feedback skills; stakeholder collaboration; analytical and problem-solving skills; decision-making ability Technical Skills : Hands-on experience in technical operations, SRE, Tier 3 application support, client-server computing, network security and architecture Hybrid Schedule : Four days in-office weekly SPECTRUM CONNECTS YOU TO MORE
