to lead and optimize their Sales Development and Business Development teams. Job Summary: As a Manager of Business Development, you will partner with our client's Senior Director of Global Sales Development to refine processes, drive team performance, and ensure seamless collaboration between sales and marketing functions. You'll lead a high-impact team, develop innovative strategies, and directly contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Oversee lead distribution and teach the utilization of CRM systems and other tools to generate leads. Optimize Sales Processes:
Identify bottlenecks and create new sales initiatives to improve results. Data-Driven Insights & Accountability:
Hold team members accountable for KPIs and analyze performance metrics. Sales Team Enablement:
Develop streamlined processes to enhance sales productivity. Performance Coaching and Training:
Provide continuous coaching and skill development for Business Development Representatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster strong relationships between Sales Development, Sales, and Marketing teams. Ideal Candidate: Experience:
5+ years in a high-performance sales development role. Skills:
Proven experience managing a team, expertise in Salesforce, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication and leadership skills. Industry Experience:
