What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices - Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology - Guide customers in completing required documentation for technical aspects of the solution - Develop required integration components with multiple systems - Provide training and mentoring to other members of the ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem upon request

What is Required (Qualifications): - At least 3+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow - Minimum of 5+ years of configuration/development experience for complex HR, Legal, Workplace/Facilities, and Finance/Supply Chain technologies - ServiceNow certifications including current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification - Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with customer sponsors/stakeholders - Strong understanding of web technologies and working with SaaS technologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in leveraging AI in work processes or decision-making - Relevant ServiceNow Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist/Accreditation designations - Familiarity with leading HR, Legal, and Workplace/Facilities systems and tools such as Workday or SAP - Proven team player and team builder with strong interpersonal skills - Customer-centric attitude and ability to deal with cultural diversity
