Director of Mortgage-Backed Securities Policy and Program , you will: RequirementsQualifications You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement: Specialized Experience:

For the

GS-15

grade level, you need one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the

GS-14

grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience includes:

Developing policy for a program involving organizations in the Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) industry; Coordinating with other organizations, both Federal and Non-Federal, on MBS policy development; Leading staff responsible for policy change activities, including organizational work groups.

Experience may be gained in the public, private, or volunteer sectors. Full-time work is assumed; part-time work is prorated. Please specify employment dates and hours worked per week on your resume.
