Construction Litigation Attorney
to join its growing

Position Overview
We are looking for a
Construction Associate
with
4+ years of experience , ideally with a focus on
construction litigation
and related commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a litigation caseload independently, while also contributing to a dynamic, team-oriented practice group.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of construction-related litigation in state and federal courts Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances Advise clients on risk management, contract disputes, and project-related claims Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop litigation strategies
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably in construction or commercial law Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
