Senior Director of Disability Services & Program Operations
We are seeking a
Senior Director
to lead and oversee disability support programs across the
Duluth, Virginia, and North Branch areas . This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with disabilities, drives operational and financial performance, leads process improvements, and fosters staff development. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage disability services programs in alignment with the organization’s mission and compliance standards. Oversee intake, screening, and individualized service planning, ensuring person-centered, timely, and accurate execution. Monitor and ensure proper implementation, evaluation, and documentation of service plans in accordance with licensing requirements. Recruit, train, evaluate, and support program staff; oversee team performance and development. Ensure programs meet occupancy, staffing, and budget goals. Stay informed of and integrate updates to state regulations and policy requirements. Identify community needs and lead the development of new programs and services. Collaborate on organization-wide process improvements for enhanced service delivery. Manage investigations into reports of neglect or abuse of vulnerable adults. Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders including counties, case managers, and community partners. Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years
of supervisory experience in programs serving vulnerable adults or children. One of the following education/work experience combinations: Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field + 1 year of relevant experience. Associate’s degree + 2 years of relevant experience. 4 years of direct care experience. Or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of leadership experience in disability or human services. Ability to pass background and MVR checks. What We Offer:
