What Youll Do Performance Marketing & Lead Scale high-volume lead across
Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, and platforms Optimize for
cost-per-lead (CPL)
and
cost-per-acquisition (CPA)
while maintaining lead quality Run creative tests, iterate funnels, and build pages that convert traffic into opportunity Offline & Emerging Channel Expansion Spearhead experimentation with
TV, radio, OTT , and other non-digital channels Coordinate with media buyers and creative partners to produce, test, and track campaigns Analyze call and broadcast attribution to improve return on ad spend SEO & SEM Strategy Lead our SEO roadmapfrom content strategy to technical implementation Improve visibility across search platforms and drive organic traffic that converts Own SEM performance through continuous keyword, bidding, and ad copy refinement Attribution, Optimization & Reporting Track everythingfrom click to call to closeusing platforms like GA4, CallTrackingMetrics, and Looker Studio Own marketing KPIs including
volume, conversion rates, ROAS, and LTV Build dashboards and surface insights to help the team move faster and smarter What Were Looking For Core Qualifications 5+ years in a
lead -focused marketing role Proven success managing
high-volume, multi-channel campaigns Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, YouTube, SEO, and SEM Ability to design, test, and manage
conversion funnels Deep understanding of
compliance requirements
in regulated industries (TCPA, DNC, etc.) Bonus Skills Experience marketing in the
tax resolution, debt relief, or financial services
space Familiarity with
lead marketplaces
and
aggregator networks Worked with
TV, radio, or OTT
direct response campaigns Exposure to
telephony-integrated systems , dialers, and lead distribution logic Growth Potential This role is built for a
