Position Summary We're looking for an Ad Operations Manager to support our growing programmatic media business. This role will work directly with the Head of AdOps and take ownership of daily campaign execution, management, and troubleshooting. The manager will also oversee our activation team, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery across client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day programmatic display and nurture campaigns across multiple DSPs
Oversee and guide the activation team, acting as the first escalation point for troubleshooting and QA
Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and reporting, ensuring client KPIs are met
Collaborate with CX and Sales to address client feedback and campaign adjustments
Provide operational insights to improve workflows and efficiency
Maintain working knowledge of DSP connections, data flows, and programmatic best practices
Troubleshoot discrepancies between platforms, tracking tagging issues, creative QA, etc.
Continually refine our QA processes and tools to ensure the highest quality of campaign management across all channels
Basic Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Ad Operations or Programmatic Advertising
Hands‑on experience with ad serving solutions and programmatic platforms (DSP/SSP)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable leading a remote team and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
Additional Qualifications
Detail‑oriented, well organized, and able to juggle many tasks under pressure
Able to prioritize tasks quickly and solve problems
Proficiency in digital analytics reporting, data visualization, and data storytelling
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
