The Opportunity: Are you interested in continuing your career in Europe in a mission-focused environment? We are looking for experienced, innovative, and motivated IT Specialists to support the enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners' mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Mission Continuity Office (MCO) Specialist. This position supports the EMITS 2 Task Order Mission Continuity Office (MCO) in Wiesbaden, Germany. This is an OCONUS position.
Responsibilities:
Supports resource management to ensure availability of qualified, trained, and upskilled personnel across the EMITS 2 contract, including support for transition-in.
Possesses and applies practical knowledge with resource management strategies and processes, understanding DoD Contractor Personnel Office (DOCPER) requirements.
Supports the labor category verification process to ensure all personnel, including subcontractors, are qualified.
Supports recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, and training development for each MP site.
Coordinates with the program security lead to verify security clearances and establish clearance expiration alerts.
Supports EMITS 2 DOCPER processes for TESA/SOFA accreditation.
Supports succession planning and development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Supports staffing pipeline development of pre-vetted candidates.
Coordinates with teammates to select the best candidates for open positions.
Operates with latitude in developing methodologies and presenting solutions.
Qualifications:
Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and can maintain it.
BA/BS + 4-7 years recent experience.
Proficiency in human capital strategies, DoD Contractor Personnel Office (DOCPER) requirements, and resource management.
Knowledge of labor verification, recruiting, onboarding, and security clearance processes.
Experience in security clearance management, TESA/SOFA accreditation, and staffing pipelines.
Background in government HR management, security protocols, and talent development.
Ability to operate independently and develop solutions.
Extensive background in DoD resource management and personnel deployment.
TESA eligible.
Desired:
Adaptability to changing circumstances.
Understanding of DoD Military standards.
Experience with DoD IT security requirements.
