The Opportunity: Are you interested in continuing your career in Europe in a mission-focused environment? CACI has upcoming positions throughout the European theater supporting multiple customers for the Department of Defense. We are looking for experienced, innovative, and motivated IT Specialists to support the enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners' objectives.

CACI offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Atlantic Resolve North (ARN) Mission Partner (MP) Lead and Poland Lead, SME. This position supports the EMITS 2 USAREUR-AF Mission Partner located in Wiesbaden, Germany. The role is OCONUS.

Responsibilities:

Single point of contact for ARN requirements; responsible for contractual and technical performance.

Manage engineering and service delivery of complex IT and communication systems for ARN, including support for transition-in.

Lead and supervise all contractor personnel, including subcontractors, assigned to the ARN services team, overseeing task assignment, technical efforts, and performance.

Collaborate with the Mission Modernization and Innovation Team (M2IT) to tailor EMITS 2 processes to ARN requirements.

Manage complex IT and communication projects, including scope, budget, schedule, and performance.

Oversee mission system services, lifecycle management, engineering, integration, and sustainment.

Develop project schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and critical path analysis.

Manage projects per the EMITS 2 Program Management Plan, including risk and communications management.

Develop procurement strategies, process Requests to Initiate Purchase (RIPs), and ensure export licensing and transportation.

Monitor and report on project performance, budget, and schedule.

Assist with policy implementation, studies, reports, and acquisition documents.

Establish goals and plans to meet project objectives.

Supervise a team of 34 to 48 personnel across multiple sites in Poland and Latvia.

Qualifications:

Current adjudicated Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI.

BA/BS + 13 years of experience.

Approved DoD 8140 cyber-related certification.

Extensive experience managing complex IT and communications projects, preferably in military or government environments.

Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise large teams across multiple sites.

Deep technical knowledge of IT systems engineering, lifecycle management, and integration.

Proficiency in project management, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance.

Experience tailoring processes to meet program needs and knowledge of government policies and acquisition processes.

TESA eligible.

Understanding of DoD Military standards.

Experience with DoD IT security requirements.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $105,100 - 231,100 USD.
