Position Details: We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed
Cybersecurity SME . This position supports the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TBO) located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This is an OCONUS position.
Responsibilities:
Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of Enterprise Cybersecurity Services functions.
Defines and ensures application of cybersecurity standardized processes, procedures, and tools across EMITS 2 operations.
Collaborates with the Government and MPLs to tailor cybersecurity processes to meet specific requirements.
Supports training and certifications for cybersecurity personnel in coordination with the Government and MCO.
Participates in Innovation Council Meetings and weekly technical status meetings.
Maintains knowledge on emerging policies and technologies impacting cybersecurity processes.
Identifies innovations and develops projects for continuous improvement.
Develops project planning schedules, WBSs, and manages projects according to the program management plan.
Collaborates with the MP Lead to support personnel development and project support.
Monitors and assesses process performance, implements corrective actions, and disseminates best practices.
Supports investigations into process issues and adapts to changing requirements.
Supervises multi-function project teams of 5-15 personnel.
Qualifications:
Current adjudicated Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
BA/BS + 13 years recent experience.
Certifications: CISM, CISSP, GCIH, GCSA, or similar.
Expertise in enterprise cybersecurity functions, processes, and technologies.
Experience working with DoD standards and requirements.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Desired Skills:
Adaptability to operational changes.
Understanding of DoD military standards and security requirements.

Pay Range: The salary range for this position is
$115,600 - $254,200 USD . Compensation depends on various factors including location, experience, and qualifications. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, and education support.
