Company Overview:
A dynamic private investment firm with over $13 billion in assets under management is seeking an Investor Relations Administrative Coordinator/Assistant to support their Investor Relations team and Private Equity strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage complex, high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones.
Manage end-to-end coordination of fundraising roadshows, including liaising with LPs and coordinating travel.
Assist with CRM management, including data entry and maintenance.
Plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel.
Manage and process expense reports using Concur.
Interact with existing and prospective investors professionally via email and in person.
Ensure appropriate materials are prepared ahead of meetings.
Support planning and execution of the firm’s Annual Meeting.
Keep the team organized by tracking upcoming meetings and sending timely reminders.
Prepare and circulate a weekly agenda and calendar overview for the Investor Relations team meeting.
Provide back-up support to the Administrative Team as needed.
Qualifications:
Applicable coordinator and/or administrative experience in a corporate environment, ideally within financial services.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience assisting on Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and other marketing materials is a plus.
Experience supporting an Investor Relations team during an active fundraising process at a private equity firm is a strong plus.
Compensation:
Salary:
$100,000 – $130,000, Plus Bonus
