Manager BRCO RSCA Facilitators
The Manager, BRCO RCSA Facilitators, will play a critical role in managing and executing Comerica's RCSA Program according to the RCSA Policy and assessment framework, ensuring high-quality and timely results. They will develop and enhance RCSA program KPIs and risk indicators. The Manager will lead a team of 10 facilitators to ensure coverage of businesses and program completion through workshops within set timelines. They will plan, schedule, and guide the team to maintain quality across the Bank. While facilitators will report to their respective Line of Business (LOB) teams, this role will collaborate with the SLOD to improve RCSA processes across departments. The Manager will partner with Business Control Officers, Process & Control Owners, and other risk partners to ensure RCSA compliance with policies and frameworks.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner with Front Line and Second Line of Defense to ensure RCSA activities adhere to policies and frameworks. Plan and schedule RCSA processes across business units, ensuring risks and controls are identified, assessed, documented, and reported accurately. Provide guidance and expertise for RCSA workshops, fostering consensus and clarity on risk management, and contribute to governance scorecards and dashboards. Maintain the quality and consistency of RCSA results through regular team engagement and information sharing. Manage workshop flow to stay within scope, time, and budget. Track, report, and follow up on RCSA outcomes. Handle HR and financial responsibilities, including talent management, coaching, performance reviews, and budget management. Perform other duties as required.
