About The Role
We're hiring an
Enterprise Account Executive
to help us scale our GTM motion across top brokerages, agency networks, and wholesale intermediaries. This is a quota-carrying role for someone who knows how to own a complex sales cycle, build pipeline in an early-stage company, and close 6-figure+ deals with insurance decision-makers.
You’ll report to our Head of Sales and work closely with leadership, product, and customer success to land and expand strategic accounts.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, close, and expand Build relationships with top 100 brokerages, wholesalers, MGAs, and carriers Drive pipeline through outbound, channel partnerships, and referrals Understand the customer’s quoting workflow and pain points to position CoverForce as the infrastructure layer they need Conduct discovery and deliver compelling demos that connect to business value Collaborate with product, marketing, and CS to ensure customer success and long-term expansion Attend key industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and drive pipeline
You’re a Strong Fit If You
Have 3–5+ years of enterprise sales experience (ideally in a Seed to Series D startup) Have closed $1.3M+ in SaaS quota annually across complex sales cycles Understand the insurance ecosystem deeply—brokerages, wholesalers, carriers, and/or MGAs Are comfortable selling into VPs of Distribution, Digital, Ops, and C-suite Can run full-cycle deals from outreach to close without hand-holding Are energized by early-stage momentum and helping build the sales motion from the ground up Have excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills Are organized, coachable, and able to navigate long sales cycles Are based in or near Denver, CO (preferred, not required) Willing to travel as needed for key meetings and industry events
