Exus leverages its expertise to optimize performance, reduce financial risk, and ensure long-term revenue certainty for its own and its clients’ assets. Exus is seeking a Corporate Paralegal

responsible for handling a broad range of corporate and transactional legal matters, including but not limited to corporate governance, entity formation & management, document repository organization, contract compliance, project financings, and NDA review. Please note:

This is a fully onsite role with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, offering reasonable flexibility. Our NYC office is located in midtown, overlooking Bryant Park and the New York Public Library, near Grand Central Station. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain corporate records, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, bylaws, and charters. Assist with formation, dissolution, and maintenance of subsidiaries and legal entities, and update the corporate structure chart. Manage and update the corporate entity management system. Assist with real estate documents, including leases, easements, and memorandums. Draft, review, and organize contracts such as NDAs, vendor agreements, and customer agreements. Coordinate with renewable project acquisitions, financings, and other transactions, including KYC materials and closing deliverables. Maintain detailed project records and files. Qualifications:

Associate degree in paralegal studies or related field; bachelor’s preferred. Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is a plus. 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm; renewable energy experience preferred. Strong understanding of corporate governance and legal terminology. Discretion handling sensitive information. Renewable energy background is a plus but not required. Notary Public designation is preferred. Benefits:
