The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT software/application projects, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement within Agile and Waterfall environments. Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving Analyze and deconstruct complex systems and processes into manageable parts Identify root causes of issues rather than just addressing symptoms Deliver actionable insights for technical and business teams Technical Proficiency Understand enterprise systems such as Oracle and SQL Server Demonstrate working knowledge of databases (SQL), APIs, and Data Flow Diagrams Translate business requirements into technical specifications without being a developer Requirements Gathering & Documentation Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and walkthroughs Document functional and non-functional requirements that are clear and testable Use Azure DevOps (TFS) to manage Agile artifacts: Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, Test Plans, and Test Cases Create visual diagrams to explain changes to technical teams and executive stakeholders Project Methodologies Work across
