Our client is seeking an experienced Attorney/Partner to join their municipal government department. This role focuses on public sector law, specifically in: Public contracting, procurement, and affordable housing matters Drafting resolutions, ordinances, contracts, agreements, and legal opinions Advising public bodies on employment, labor, and other municipal issues Attending public meetings, hearings, and advising clients on legal matters Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney Strong background in municipal government law in New Jersey Admission to practice law in New Jersey (required) Excellent legal drafting and research skills Ability to handle multiple projects and take ownership of significant matters Why This Is a Great Opportunity
