Job Description: Development Manager

Join a growing real estate investment firm as a Development Manager. This role oversees development processes and reports to a managing partner, offering strong opportunities for career growth. Pay Range

This range is provided by Leeds Professional Resources. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. The base pay range is $145,000.00 to $155,000.00 per year. Responsibilities

Negotiate land acquisition agreements with property owners for development or redevelopment projects. Coordinate with communities, businesses, and utilities to facilitate project progress. Manage land purchase and sales requirements. Oversee site development processes. Lead pre-development planning, including site engineering, market research, traffic analysis, building design, leasing, and zoning. Assess new development opportunities and assist in securing projects. Prepare business plans for potential project locations, analyzing economic and real estate market fundamentals. Develop the company's strategic market direction based on market analysis. Handle general development matters such as permitting, due diligence, and acquisitions. Conduct financial and market feasibility analyses, including underwriting, proforma preparation, budgeting, and financial projections. Coordinate design processes and research related to markets and funding programs. Monitor development budgets and progress. Work within municipal, state, and federal programs. Manage multiple long-term projects effectively. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners like architects, engineers, lenders, and brokers. Additional Details
