About the Company Our client an established insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its growing team.

About the Role This position plays a key role in managing the full lifecycle of commercial P&C accounts, supporting client relationships, and ensuring service standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in navigating carrier relationships, account servicing, and marketing efforts within a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of commercial P&C policy servicing, including quoting, renewals, endorsements, and billing.

Serve as a primary contact for clients, carriers, and internal team members.

Maintain accurate account data and documentation in agency systems.

Support marketing and placement of coverage through strong carrier relationships.

Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries.

Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

3–7 years of Commercial Lines account management experience, preferably in a brokerage environment.

In-depth knowledge of P&C insurance coverages and carriers.

Experience with healthcare-related accounts is a plus, but not required.

Proficient in agency management systems (AMS360 preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Active P&C license required.

Pay range and compensation package
