Seller Monitoring and Risk Management
Monitor the health and activity of sellers, identifying those at risk of suspension, termination, or churn. Use data insights and performance metrics to proactively identify risks to seller satisfaction and retention. Implement support interventions to mitigate risks and prevent attrition. Suspension & Termination Oversight
Coordinate with internal teams to manage suspension and termination processes, ensuring transparency and fairness. Analyze large-scale suspension cases to develop strategic solutions. Manage seller escalations related to suspensions and terminations. Appeals Management
Develop and manage an appeals process for sellers facing suspension or termination. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Seller Support teams to review cases and communicate outcomes. Identify trends in appeals and recommend policy or communication improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
Work cross-functionally to protect the seller experience and ensure process consistency. Engage stakeholders to identify pain points and advocate for improvements. Provide regular updates to leadership on at-risk sellers and appeal outcomes. Seller Experience Protection & Enhancement
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the seller journey. Represent the voice of the seller in organizational strategies. Promote best practices for seller satisfaction and retention. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field OR 2 years' experience in related area. Experience in a leadership role managing and coaching teams. Strong problem-solving, data analysis, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. Ability to influence outcomes and drive consensus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
