About the job ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

ServiceNow Administrator Contract 1099 or C2C Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance. Description: Provide support in managing the ServiceNow environments (Dev, Test, and Production). Lead and provide ServiceNow support, adhering to Change Management, Asset Management, Business Management, and Service Management processes. Own and lead tasks to ensure ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB data integrity (completeness and correctness). Administer, configure, and develop on the ServiceNow Platform following Agile methodologies and industry best practices. Lead ServiceNow patching, upgrades, and application deployments to ensure platform compliance. Identify and implement solutions to automate manual processes, including data validation. Support management of ServiceNow environments (Dev, Test, and Production). Develop and support reports, KPIs, dashboards, and web pages as needed. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Experience with IT Service Management, Operations Management, and Change Management. Experience with ITAM and CMDB with a focus on Data Management. Experience with ServiceNow implementation, including applications, integrations, and platforms. ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification. Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including administration, provisioning, ticket management, reporting, and maintenance activities.
