Keep a pulse of the Partner's schedule, location, and travel plans to anticipate needs and provide proactive support, including real-time travel monitoring and flexible booking arrangements to accommodate last-minute changes. Handle and triage incoming communications, being looped into email threads, ensuring prompt and appropriate follow-up to maintain momentum on key priorities. Prepare the Partner for meetings and board events, ensuring all logistics, materials, details, and guest experience elements are handled with white glove service standards, including proper briefing materials and anticipatory support. Coordinate travel logistics in partnership with an external travel agency, including oversight of flights and accommodations booked by vendors, direct coordination of ground transportation and transfers, and creation of detailed itineraries with meeting notes, security details, and logistical information. Support podcast operations, including guest scheduling, light content editing, social media clip creation, and equipment coordination. Represent the Partner with exceptional executive presence when greeting and hosting guests, stakeholders, and high-profile individuals, maintaining professionalism and polish. Provide support with gifting and writing cards for the Partner and spouse. Provide coverage and support for personal administrative tasks when the Personal Assistant is unavailable. Execute ad hoc projects. Qualifications:

Previous 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level leadership in dynamic, fast-paced environments—experience in private equity, finance, or startups is a plus! Flexible and composed in handling changing priorities; adaptable and resourceful under pressure. Strong understanding of how to support an individual based on their working style and preferences, with the ability to anticipate needs. Excellent interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence and professionalism in both written and verbal communication. Ability to represent the Partner with discretion and polish in internal and external interactions. Experience coordinating with high-level stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
