In addition to 11 paid holidays, 2-3 weeks vacations, 401K, etc.Target Salary: $70-95KBonus/ Incentives/ Stock Options: up to 10% annual bonusJob Summary: The Master Production Scheduler manages the production planning for the Trackworks Manufacturing facility. This position will be responsible for creating the monthly master schedule for specific components using input from sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering. Additionally, they will need to review data from capacity planning, inventory levels, and manufacturing on time delivery performance.Job Duties:Maintain 12 month rolling forecast, converting forecast to actual ordersPrepare metrics and reports to present the master schedule data to various audiencesPrepare reports for S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processCoordinate information and activities to ensure customers' requirement dates are understood and reflected accurately in schedulesLoad the plan into the ERP system and publishSupervise production and planning departmentQualifications:BA or BS degree in business, manufacturing systems, engineering supply chain, or related field3 to 5 years in operations, production planning, or master schedulingProficiency with spreadsheets and enterprise-wide software applicationsStrong attention to detailMust be able to communicate with multiple levels of staff throughout the organizationMust have effective analytical abilityPreferred:Working knowledge of SAPAPICS CPIM certification a plusQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.Meet Your RecruiterAmy BadalTechnical RecruiterAmy Badal is a seasoned Senior Recruiter passionate about connecting with individuals across diverse industries and various career stages.
