Job title: Store Director - Miami, FL - Miami District Design The Store Director is the owner of the business, a FENDI Brand Ambassador, and a business leader responsible for the overall store performance. This role involves managing the store, employees, merchandise, and supporting activities to achieve store targets and create positive experiences for internal and external clients. Responsibilities:

Business Development and Performance Management: Drive and improve sales performance for the entire business. Analyze the business, propose, and implement action plans to enhance results. Develop a sales strategy in collaboration with corporate partners. Identify new market opportunities to attract and retain clients. Organize events and incentives to grow the business. Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure stock levels meet store needs. Recommend store renovations, upgrades, and expansion plans to increase sales and market share. Be present on the sales floor, empower sales staff, and communicate sales goals effectively. Partner with the Retail Events Office to organize local events. Client Management:

Lead customer service quality, ensuring excellent standards and leading by example. Develop and maintain a dedicated Fendi customer base using CRM tools. Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening relationships with VIP and prospective clients. Foster a private appointment culture. Administrative & Operations Management:

Ensure alignment between front and back of house operations. Complete administrative paperwork promptly. Control daily invoices, petty cash, and monitor costs for efficient store operation. Review and submit sales and operational reports according to KPIs and policies. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and shrink management. Optimize display and storage solutions, highlighting best sellers. Collaborate with local freelancers for impactful window displays. Team Management:

Build a positive team environment, setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback. Implement Top Store initiatives and ensure team understanding. Recruit top talent through networking and scouting. Assess individual performance and growth potential, promoting career development. Identify training needs for individuals and the team. Additional Information:Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of proven experience, luxury retail preferred. Strong results-driven mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management. RTW experience is preferred. Foreign language skills are advantageous. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Teamwork and organizational skills required. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. Strong digital literacy. Flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
