Essential Functions

:

Leads development and implementation of marketing analytics processes and tools, building documentation, workflows, and best practices. Designs and builds a scalable marketing data infrastructure by integrating data from multiple platforms to create a unified, end-to-end view of the customer’s journey and behavior. Develops and implements reporting frameworks and dashboards to track topline key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance. Collaborates cross-functionally to integrate data across marketing campaigns and product usage. Evaluates and recommends analytics tools, tracking platforms, and reporting technologies. Establishes and enforces data integrity standards by maintaining tracking infrastructure. Diagnoses and resolves issues in a timely manner. Analyzes performance across multi-marketing channels to identify trends and optimization opportunities, presenting findings in a clear, actionable way for stakeholders. Supports the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests. Provides strategic insights through historical analysis, forecasting, and benchmark. Identifies key indicators of performance and proposes systems for ongoing measurement, optimization, and scaling. Conducts customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and lifetime value (LTV) modeling to inform marketing strategy and improve return on investment (ROI). Performsother related duties and

management. Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum five (5) years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis, with a strong track record of integrating diverse data sources to deliver comprehensive customer journey insights. Experience with A/B testing methodologies, attribution modeling, customer segmentation, and performance-driven campaign analysis. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrated knowledge of building and maintaining data systems. Proficient in key marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, and major social media channels. Advanced skills in data visualization and analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability to build and deliver tailored reports and dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders, ranging from high-level executive summaries to detailed performance breakdowns. Pay range: $72,000.00 to $97,000.00/yr
