Staff Software Engineer - 2025071 Onsite/Remote:
Onsite Position Your Responsibilities Analyze business needs and determine software specifications; Lead design review activities to verify and demonstrate high-quality output for the data products and digital products; Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure that features meet business needs; Collaborate with architecture team and principal engineers to develop coding standards, and data pipeline standards; Collaborate with engineers to improve quality, cost, and help in developing efficient software applications; Lead efforts to implement best practices for software development, test automation and CI/CD; Follow industry-standard agile software design methodology for development and documentation; Follow Security by design principles to design security framework around data pipelines and APIs; Lead effort to setup team member onboarding processes and guidelines; Mentor software engineers within the team and across multiple products. What Skills You Need 5 years of experience in perform database design, query development, maintenance and definition using MongoDB and DynamoDB, and ensuring data interface between MongoDB / DynamoDB and Java 5 years of experience in analyze, design, develop, implement, and test J2EE and Web Service solutions 5 years of experience in perform front-end development using React/Redux and resolving issues with developed applications Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 5 years related experience.
