Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Coordinator reports to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, gaining practical experience with innovative platforms and strategies in the pharmaceutical marketing field. The role offers opportunities to develop skills in social media management, AI marketing tools, website updates, and data-driven campaigns.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide
proactive support in administering digital marketing systems , ensuring databases and workflows operate smoothly to meet business needs. Learn and implement
AI marketing platforms
(e.g., VideoSora, AI Avatars) to support innovative sales and marketing initiatives. Manage
social media community engagement , especially on LinkedIn, to engage potential leads, foster relationships, and support lead generation efforts. Assist in
scheduling and deploying social media content , email campaigns, and other digital communications following brand guidelines. Support
website maintenance and updates
using WordPress, including modifying pages and creating promotional content. Serve as a
liaison for digital data operations , collaborating with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to ensure data integrity across platforms. Perform routine
data audits
to maintain accurate and current profile attributes across systems. Assist in
compiling and distributing analytics reports
quarterly, utilizing PowerPoint and Excel for data visualization. Manage
tasks and deliverables
within project management software to ensure timely completion. Support
SEO initiatives
through keyword research and on-page optimization. Develop and maintain
content calendars
for consistent messaging across digital platforms. Monitor and report on
paid advertising campaigns , including A/B testing and performance analysis. Contribute to
marketing automation workflows
design and optimization. Conduct
competitor research and market analysis
to inform strategies. Assist in
visual content creation
using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Coordinate
webinars and virtual events , including promotion and technical setup. Participate in
CRM data management
projects to improve segmentation and data quality. Assist with
customer journey mapping and persona development . Demonstrate proficiency in
PowerPoint and Excel

Location Hybrid (Driving Distance to Miami FL) / East Coast Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills 3-5 years of experience in market research database management, digital marketing, or related fields Experience in business process design and implementation Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS and HTML Expertise in social media marketing (LinkedIn, X, Facebook) using tools like Hootsuite Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Marketing modules Proficiency in database management, email marketing, and survey tools Strong project management and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Collaborative and independent work skills Attention to detail Conditions of Employment:
