Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage electrical construction projects for mission-critical and data center facilities from pre-construction to completion. Manage daily operations of current data center projects and assign tasks to team members. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely and within-budget completion. Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and address any overruns. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to meet quality and safety standards. Review and approve project plans, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for optimal resource utilization. Conduct project meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and milestones. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or issues. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting. Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience in electrical construction, especially in mission-critical facilities and data centers. Proven track record managing large-scale data center electrical projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design, and construction processes. Leadership experience managing project teams and execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Proficiency with project management software and tools. Ability to interpret electrical blueprints, specifications, and drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure. Familiarity with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to electrical construction in data centers. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
