We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to develop and enhance next-generation enterprise solutions for global eCommerce.
This role requires hands-on development expertise, along with the ability to influence technical decisions, drive product roadmaps, and ensure high-performance, scalable, and efficient applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead application architecture design to ensure scalability, performance, and availability. Implement large-scale, cross-functional projects with a focus on quality and compliance. Write, debug, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best practices. Ensure adherence to coding standards and participate in code reviews. Write and execute unit tests using Jest to ensure high code quality. Optimize application performance by analyzing root causes of defects and production issues. Collaborate with testing teams to define and review test plans and cases. Support CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including offshore associates, to deliver projects. Lead and participate in customer and stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements and present design options. Influence technical decisions and contribute to the product roadmap and vision. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and new team members. Ensure compliance with software development standards and best practices. Document testing, maintenance procedures, and knowledge base updates. Perform root cause analysis and take corrective actions to improve quality. Contribute to effort estimation, project planning, and timeline adherence. Identify and implement process improvements for higher efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance development strategies. Obtain relevant technical certifications as required. Required Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience with: React for frontend development Jest for unit testing Git for version control Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Experience in designing and delivering complex applications from vague requirements within tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and influence decisions. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Hands-on experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL). Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
