Bridgewater, NJ Position Description

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting HR functions for our growing USA team. This role will provide hands-on HR support, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing best practices to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and evolving organization. Roles and Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR contact for the USA team, supporting day-to-day HR operations. Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and offboarding. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies. Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture. Support payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance. Maintain HR records and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) updates. Develop and execute employee engagement and wellness initiatives. Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives. Oversee New Jersey Office/facilities management including coordination of high-level meetings such as c-level, board meetings, trainings, etc. Management of vendor relations including fleet management, IT management, etc. Assist with select administrative needs including contract management and licensing needs such as FDA renewal(s). Collaborate with the global HR team to align HR practices and policies across locations. Support cross-border HR initiatives, including welfare, talent management, and cultural integration. Qualifications & Requirements

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration. Proficiency with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, and benchmark tools such as Korn Ferry, PayScale, etc. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools. Nice to Have

Experience working in an Israeli company or with international teams. Familiarity with global HR practices and cross-cultural communication. Understanding of Israeli business culture and work environments. Previous experience in healthcare, medical device, or Bio-Tech-related industry. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus. Must be able to work in the Bridgewater, NJ office at least 1 day per week. This could increase during high-traffic times i.e. board meetings, visitors, interviews, etc. Up to 10% potential travel.
