Responsibilities • Enter HQ received invoices • Sort Mail from Multiple locations • Communicate with vendors regarding payment remittance • Will set up new vendors into the system following company policy • Maintain Multiple locations licenses log and distribution • Monitor and follow-up with directors on weekly invoice approval flow • Place orders for General Managers & Directors • Track & Distribute Gift Cards to locations • Enter Executive Expense Reports • Sort, scan and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost • Initiate uniform transfer and intercompany • Update Weekly Price comparison and Distribute to locations • Ability to maintain and update POS items and prices Requirements • Proven experience as

data entry clerk 1-2 years • Accounts payable experience 1-2 years • Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) it is must excel formulas • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices • Basic understanding of databases • Fluent in English and Spanish both oral and written and customer service skills • Great attention to detail • Experience in Restaurant industry preferred • College Degree Preferred
