Responsibilities

* Enter HQ received invoices

* Sort Mail from Multiple locations

* Communicate with vendors regarding payment remittance

* Will set up new vendors into the system following company policy

* Maintain Multiple locations licenses log and distribution

* Monitor and follow-up with directors on weekly invoice approval flow

* Place orders for General Managers & Directors

* Track & Distribute Gift Cards to locations

* Enter Executive Expense Reports

* Sort, scan and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

* Initiate uniform transfer and intercompany

* Update Weekly Price comparison and Distribute to locations

* Ability to maintain and update POS items and prices

Requirements

* Proven experience as data entry clerk 1-2 years

* Accounts payable experience 1-2 years

* Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred

* Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) it is must excel formulas

* Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices

* Basic understanding of databases

* Fluent in English and Spanish both oral and written and customer service skills

* Great attention to detail

* Experience in Restaurant industry preferred

* College Degree Preferred
