We’re working with a global navigation and autonomy company already delivering cutting-edge solutions into defense platforms across the U.S. Now, they’re hiring a Business Development Executiveto drive strategic growth across defense programs.
This is a high-impact commercial role for someone who knows how to sell into defense primes, understands program lifecycles, and can translate complex navigation tech into mission-critical value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategic growth across missile, rocket, and propulsion-related programs
- Identify and close new business with major primes and tiered integrators
- Lead on targeting expansion across adjacent programs
- Act as the commercial lead across GTM, product and support functions
- Position APNT/INS solutions as enablers of targeting, guidance, and stabilisation
- Represent the company across industry events, demos, and key customer engagements
Key Requirements
- 5+ years in BD or sales within the defense ecosystem (primes, gov programs, integrators)
- Experience with missile/rocket tech: propulsion, guidance, targeting systems
- Strong understanding of how navigation fits into wider system architectures
- Familiar with DoD acquisition, and program lifecycles
- Comfortable influencing both technical and procurement decision-makers
- Must be a U.S. Person
